Welcome to the Sunshine Coast Law Association’s website.

The SCLA is one of the most active District Law Associations in Queensland.

The objects for which the SCLA is established are:

1. To promote confidence and goodwill between the community and the legal profession;
2. To promote confidence and goodwill between the members of the SCLA;
3. To promote and protect the interests of the legal profession;
4. To promote and protect the interests of the community in relation to the law;
5. To co-operate with the Queensland Law Society in all matters relating to the profession.

To help achieve its objects the SCLA actively organises, participates in and presents educational seminars for its members and the community, raises money for various charities and runs social events for its members.
