I operate on the Sunshine Coast. I specialise in family law, crime, personal injuries and general litigation. I started my career with Butler McDermott (and Egan then) in 1999 after two years of articles of clerkship. I shortly afterwards went into partnership with Tony Proctor in Caboolture. I then bought Tom Creed's and Kevin McSweeney's firms where I managed three offices in Caboolture, Bribie Island and Brisbane. I was called to the Queensland Bar in 2011, although I was admitted as a barrister in Western Australia from 2003. I have a Masters of Law degree and am a permanent contributor to the Proctor magazine ("Mould's Maze"). I like to think my best personal attribute is my diligence and affability. I give free quick advices and am happy to assist otherwise to enhance the services your firms provide.
