Kelli was born in Manchester, England and moved to Australia in 1991. She completed secondary school education at Matthew Flinders Anglican College on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Kelli then went on to study a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2003, after which she commenced her Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology.
She was admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in June 2008.In March 2015, Kelli opened her own practice in Nundah Village, with the second KLM Solicitors office opening in Cleveland in August 2016, and a third office in Maroochydore in 2018. Kelli specialises in Family, Criminal, Domestic Violence matters. She works across a range of Legal Aid and Private matters in both Brisbane and the regional courts. Kelli is also engaged in community legal work with Women’s Legal Service on a regular basis and is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association. With a fast-growing business and two children under four, Kelli juggles her busy life well!
