I am the former Managing Partner of Schultz Toomey O'Brien Lawyers prior to the practice being acquired by a multi-national firm. I am a member of the Queensland Law Society Council for the 2018/19 term and a former President of the Sunshine Coast Law Association. I have served for many years on the QLS Personal Injuries Specialist Accreditation Committe and on the QLS Acident Compensation Committee. I currently serve on a number of boards including the Sunshine Coast Turf Club, Matthew Flinders Anglican College (Deputy Chair) and as Chairman of the Matthew Flinders Foundation. I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and a member of the AICD. I have presented every year over the last decade and a half at conferences run by the ALA, QLS and other organisations.
