This CPD popular evening will provide presentations on issues concerning Succession.

Speakers: Mehera Saunders (Cartwrights Lawyers, Noosa) and Caite Brewer (Barrister).

Mehera is an Associate at Cartwrights Lawyers in Noosa. Mehera obtained her law degree from UQ and was an associate to a Supreme Court Judge. She became an accredited specialist in succession law in 2009. Mehera will be speaking on a topic, that will be announced soon.

Caite has practiced in estate and trust litigation as both a barrister and solicitor. With over 20 years experience, she is an accredited specialist in succession law and sits on the QLS Succession Law Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee and the QLS Succession Law Committee. She was named as the 2019 Queensland Market Leading junior counsel in Estate Litigation in the 2019 Doyle’s Guide rankings. Caite will be speaking about family provision applications in small estates.

The Richard Williams Memorial Succession Lecture will be chaired by the Committee.
