Jessica Popple

Jessica has recently completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Justice and Minoring in Legal Studies) at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC). She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (PLT) through the College of Law and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland on the 27th August 2018.

Jessica is currently working in a small, general practice firm in Cooroy under the supervision of Pamela Sweetapple. 

In 2017, Jessica was a finalist in the "Law Student of the Year" Category in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards. 

Jessica was previously the Vice-President of Events for the USC Law Students' Association (USC LSA) from 2015-2017 and the Student Representative for the Women's Law Association of Queensland (WLAQ) in the 2017/18 term. Jessica was also the Vice-President (Administration) for the Australian Law Students' Association in 2017/18. This role allowed her to connect and work with Law Students from around Country and internationally. 

Jessica has volunteered and worked in the admin team at Suncoast Community Legal Service after completing a one-day a week placement there in 2016. Since admission, Jessica has recently started volunteering at SCLS as a volunteer Lawyer.
