Property Law & Conveyancing: Seller Disclosure, New REIQ Contracts & AML/CTF Tranche 2.
Join Simon LaBlack, PEXA and your SCLA peers to:
1. Discuss the new Seller Disclosure regime under the PLA 2023 commencing 1 August 2025;
2. Identify key changes in the New REIQ Contracts (subject to these being released before the event); and
3. Take a brief look at AML/CTF Tranche 2 and what to look out for in the coming months.
As usual, light refreshments and drinks will be available for all attendees. Please ensure that you RSVP if you wish to attend to ensure that we cater for all on the evening.
Attendees may accrue 1 CPD point per hour so please ensure that you sign the register upon arrival to record your attendance.
