Belinda graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2015. She has practised predominately in criminal law since admission.
Belinda has advocated for clients in various jurisdictions such as the Magistrates, Children’s and District level for summary and indictable matters. She also appears in the Domestic Violence Court.
